Can you handle small orders?
Of course. To support our clients’ businesses, we keep stock of many popular models in advance, allowing us to accept small quantity orders. We can also handle small custom orders; however, there may be additional costs for specific materials or components depending on the requirements.
How does your factory control the quality?
We have:
Strict incoming inspection of raw materials (conductors, jackets, fillers).
In-process control & automated production with designated QC checks at each stage (dimensional, electrical—impedance, capacitance, DC resistance, etc.).
Final inspection & batch testing before shipment plus independent third-party testing when required.
Traceability & certifications: production records and international certifications ensure consistent quality.
Can you give me a discount?
We use a quantity-based pricing model: larger orders get lower unit prices. We also offer better terms for repeat or long-term partners. Send model, quantity and delivery port and we’ll provide our best offer.
How to place an order?
Choose product & confirm specifications and quantity - Tell us delivery port and any special requirements - We send a Proforma Invoice (PI) - Customer makes payment per PI - We arrange production, QC and shipment; then send PL and tracking.
How to pay?
You can pay by L/C, D/A, D/P, T/T, WESTERN UNION, PAYPAL or BANK TRANFER, etc.
Are there additional sizes?
Yes, we can customize the size according to the customer's requirements
What about the delivery time?
We can send out goods near three weeks.
What’s your MOQ?
Our usual minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per style and color. We can also accept quantities below the minimum order quantity, but the price will be adjusted accordingly. We are also happy to customize samples for you so you can test the quality before placing a bulk order.
What is your sample policy?
If in stock, we can generally provide free samples up to 10 meters in length, with delivery within one week. Custom orders will incur additional charges.
What's the production lead time?
The production lead time is generally three to four weeks.
What's your products range?
We are a supplier with over ten years of experience in import and export, covering a wide market range and offering a variety of products. We also possess industry certificates for global sales, such as B2CA.
What's the packing?
We currently have three packaging methods: pull box，carton and pallets
What about after-sale service?
If the product has quality issues, we will provide return or exchange services and also arrange for technicians to conduct on-site inspections.
Can I add labels, hangtags, and bags to the items?
Sure. We accept all kinds of custom services.
Is there a cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
For small orders, express delivery is the best option.
For bulk orders, sea shipping is more economical but takes more time.
For urgent orders, we suggest air shipping to the airport, and then our shipping partner can deliver to your door.
When we calculate the freight for you, we will choose the cheapest and safest express company.
Since the freight charge is set by the shipping company, we cannot make it cheaper.
If you have your own agent in China, we can send the package to your agent.
May I visit your factory?
Sure, you’re always welcome to visit.
We can also pick you up from the airport or train station.
