Colored optical fibers are placed into loose tubes made of high-modulus hydrolysis-resistant material, and the loose tubes are filled with non-toxic and harmless waterproof compounds. At the center of the cable core is a non-metallic strength member (FRP). The loose tubes (or filler ropes) are stranded around the central strength member to form a compact circular cable core.Water-blocking yarns are arranged outside the strength member, and then a black or colored high-density polyethylene sheath is extruded to form the cable.

Non-metallic strength members are adopted, featuring a small outer diameter, light weight, and moderate hardness. The outer sheath has an extremely low friction coefficient, allowing for a longer air-blown distance.
The loose tube is filled with special grease, which provides buffer protection for the optical fibers and ensures the waterproof performance of the cable.
The compact cable structure effectively prevents the retraction of the loose tube.
